In an attractive and quiet hamlet but only 3 kilometres from supermarkets and shops, this self-catering house has all the space and facilities to help you unwind on your holiday.

The enclosed garden with large grassed area and private 8x4 metre swimming pool with safety cover make this a child-friendly holiday home. The Chateaux and wines of the Loire and an abundance of local restaurants will equally appeal to the adults.  There is also a vegetable garden for guests, plenty of parking and open views.

The spacious (c200m²) main house offers on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with UK satellite television, bathroom and shower room both with WCs; up 6 steps for a double bedroom and two further bedrooms each with two antique single beds. The first floor has a large living area with king size bed, small kitchen/dining area leading to a balcony and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC; up four steps to a further bedroom with a king size bed.

If you need more or independent space there is a cottage with sitting area, kitchenette, shower room with WC and a double bed on a mezzanine. For your privacy the cottage is never let separately to the main house.
